“Can I pay by credit card?”

Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. Please let your reservationist know you will be using a credit card and you MUST have the SAME credit card with you during the ride.

“How far in advance can I make a reservation?”

Whether you need transportation in an hour, a day or two weeks from now, feel free to call All Island Transportation and give us the details.

Please Note: Online Reservations MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance and will NOT be accepted for rides taking place MORE than 2 weeks from the time reservation is made!

“Am I guaranteed a private car?”

While we do everything possible to avoid “doubling up” passengers with other parties, sometimes situations arise where we have no choice. A private car can be guaranteed for an additional $20.00.

“Can I request a certain driver?”

Yes, if there is a driver in particular whom you would prefer to be your driver, just ask! We will make every effort to get that driver to you.

“Can I prepay for my ride?”

Yes, rides may be prepaid by sending a check to our Corporate Office in Franklin Square or by visiting any of our satellite locations throughout Nassau County. If you opt to send a check, please send it with enough time for the check to clear.

“Do You Meet at the baggage claim with a sign?”

Of Course, for an additional fee plus parking and potential wait time.

“Do you transport to the cruise ships in NYC & Bayonne, New Jersey?”

Yes, door-to-door service.

“Do you have a vehicle large enough for my family plus luggage?”

Yes, we have all different types of vehicles to accommodate your transportation needs.
